Wet Wash Gloves
ABENA's Wet Wash Gloves can be used for full body washing of patients or residents in care facilities and are excellent for individuals with limited mobility, such as bariatric patients.
The product can be heated in the microwave to give the patient a more pleasant experience. The embossing and structure of the washcloth make it easy to remove dirt and impurities. It also makes the washing experience more comfortable by minimizing friction on the patient's skin. This is perfect for individuals with sensitive skin.
The product has been tested and evaluated in a clinical study from the Netherlands where the results show that a traditional wash with water takes 26 minutes, while a wash with a wet wash glove takes 15 minutes.

Wash gloves for intimate washing
ABENA's wet wash gloves for intimate washing are perfect to use when changing incontinence products. The glove has a lower pH value (4-4.5) than our traditional wet wash gloves and is therefore suitable for use when washing the abdomen. The glove contains 3% dimethicone which helps to protect and moisturize the skin, which can reduce the risk of the occurrence of IAD (incontinence associated dermatitis).
Use both sides of the washcloth (front and back) for good hygiene. By folding the glove, you get additional sections to use for a perfect and hygienic result with only one mitt.

Washing lotion
ABENA's washing lotion is a gentle and effective cleaning product for personal hygiene.
The washing lotion effectively removes salts from perspiration and unwanted odors and leaves a barrier protection on the skin. In addition, it contains allantoin, which has a soothing effect on irritated skin. Together with a soft washcloth or washcloth, our washing lotion is a very gentle way of cleaning, with low friction against the skin.

Shampoo cap with conditioner
ABENA's shampoo cap is a 2-in-1 product that contains both shampoo and conditioner.
Place the shampoo cap over the patient's hair and massage the hair through the cap for 2-3 minutes. The hair is now cleaned and the cap can be removed. No rinsing required.
The hat can be used at room temperature, but for a more comfortable experience it can be heated in the microwave (including the packaging) for 15-20 seconds, max. 800W. The hat's recommended temperature during use is max. 40 degrees C.
